Toward to studying the Mongolian informal employment

Abstract

The informal employment is Mongolia had appeared since collapse of the socialist system. The article aimed to outline the the concept, observe the studies in area of informal employment in Mongolia and present the results of the sociological survey conducted in 2022-2023 among 1002 informal employers in 5 provinces and capital Ulaanbaatar.  The theory of Zigmant Bauman and Robert Reich are referred as theoretical background. However, the data obtained during the fieldwork suggest about more diversities of informal employments in Mongolian.

Албан бус хөдөлмөр эрхлэлт нь социалист систем задран унаснаас хойш Монгол Улсад бий болсон. Уг өгүүлэл нь Монгол Улсын албан бус хөдөлмөр эрхлэлтийн чиглэлээр хийгдсэн судалгааг тоймлон 2022-2023 онд 5 аймаг, нийслэл Улаанбаатар хотын 1002 албан бус ажил олгогчдын дунд явуулсан социологийн судалгааны үр дүнг танилцуулах зорилготой юм. Тус судалгаад Зигмант Бауман, Роберт Рейх нарын онолыг онолын суурь болов. Гэсэн хэдий ч хээрийн судалгааны явцад олж авсан тоо баримтаас харахад Монголын албан бус хөдөлмөр эрхлэлт илүү олон янз байгааг харуулж байна.
