The sutra of listening Four truths

Abstract

The manuscript “The Sutra of listening four truths /Sonsoh Durvun Unenii Sudar Orchuulwai “ has 54 pages written with a brush on poor paper, 13x25 cm in size, late 19th-early 20th centuries, the paper is intact. The manuscripts have lost information such as who wrote them and who translated them. Analyzing the manuscript, one can see that it is based on the biography of Lord Buddha, his teachings on the “Four Noble Truths” and quotations from the “Third Chapter of the Abhidharmakosha Chronicle”. There are no manuscripts with this title in the manuscript collection of the National Library. This translation of the manuscript is presented to the reader for the first time in Cyrillic alphabet. In discussion by professional researchers, it has been assumed that it was translated from Chinese or a central language, or was composed, and it is hoped that the original authors will study it in more detail in the future.

“Сонсох дөрвөн үнэний судар оршуулвай” 2∗ хэмээх гар бичмэл нь XIX зууны сүүл, XX зууны эхэн үед 13x25 см хэмжээтэй муутуу цаасан дээр бийрээр бичсэн 54 хуудастай, цаас нь гэмтэлгүй хадгалагдаж ирсэн. Гар бичмэлд хэзээ хэн зохиож орчуулсан зэрэг мэдээлэл үгүй болно. Тус гар бичмэлийг шинжлэхэд Бурхан багшийн намтар, түүний “Хутагтын дөрвөн үнэн” сургаалд үндэслэж, “Абхидхармакоша” шастирын гуравдугаар бүлэг” зэргээс эшлэн тайлбарласан нь илэрхий байна. Үндэсний Номын сангийн гар бичмэлийн фондод ийм нэртэй гар бичмэл бүртгэгдээгүй байгаа болно. Энэхүү гар бичмэлийн хөрвүүлгийг анх удаа кирилл бичигт хөрвүүлэн уншигч Танаа толилуулж байна. Мэргэжлийн судлаачдын хэлэлцүүлгээр оруулах үед хятад, түвэд хэлнээс орчуулагдсан байх эсвэл зохион найруулсан болов уу гэсэн таамаглал дэвшигдсэн бөгөөд цаашид эх бичиг судлаачид илүү нарийвчлан судлах болов уу хэмээн найдаж байна.
