Author Biography

Guudain Tumurchuluun

Guudain TUMURCHULUUN, graduated from Havana University, entered to Foreign Service in 1978. He was assigned to Havana, Cuba in 1982-1986. Since 1991, he is Counselor at the Policy Planning Department, Mongolian Ministry of External Relations. He also teaches at the Foreign Service School with joint appointment as head of Department of International Relations
