Author Biography

Sahiya Lhagva

Sahiya LHAGVA was born in 1956. graduated Voronej Forest Institute, former USSR in 1979, received his degree “Candidate of economic science” at the Mongolian State University in the field of political economy. After graduation he worked as a lecturer at the Agricultural Institute in Ulaanbaatar, and as a officer in the State Planning Committee. At the present, he is Deputy Director of the Institute of Economics, Mongolian Academy of Sciences (IEMAS) where he has worked as a research fellow, and head of research unit for last 5 years. More than 30 brochures and articles were written on economic policy issues of Mongolia.
