Alphonse F La Porta, U.S. Department of State

Alponse F. LA PORTA is a Senior Foreign Service Officer of the U.S. Department of State, was sworn in as U.S. Ambassador to Mongolia on November 13, 1997. His immediate prior position was resident of the American Foreign Service Association.
