Монгол-Оросын худалдааны эргэлтийн бууралтад нөлөөлж буй хүчин зүйлс, манай улсын ОХУ руу нийлүүлж буй экспортын болон ОХУ-аас авч буй импортын барааны бүтэц, ОХУ ДХБ-ын гишүүнээр элсэн орсноор манай хоёр улсын худалдаанд шинэ боломж нээгдэнэ.
