Abstract

This study examines the flotation of Baganuur and Shivee-Ovoo low rank coal, using plant oil and diesel fuel as collectors, and their effects on the flotation process. Technical and elemental analysis was performed on the coal samples, and the relationship between particle size and ash content was determined. To study the surface properties of the coal, evaluations were made using SEM, X-ray Photoelectron spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. When using diesel fuel and plant oil for flotation of coal, plant oil has a higher flotation recovery than diesel fuel. However, both collectors provided poor selectivity in the flotation process.

Багануур ба Шивээ-Овоогийн нүүрсний баяжуулалтад үзүүлэх цуглуулагчийн нөлөөлөл

Хураангуй. Энэхүү судалгаагаар Багануур ба Шивээ-Овоогийн хүрэн нүүрсийг хөвүүлэн баяжуулж, ургамлын тос болон дизель түлшийг цуглуулагчаар ашиглан, баяжигдах чанарт үзүүлж буй нөлөөллийг судаллаа. Судалгаанд ашигласан нүүрсний дээжүүдэд техникийн болон элементийн шинжилгээ хийж, ширхэглэл ба үнсний хамаарлыг тогтоолоо. Нүүрсний гадаргуугийн шинж чанарыг судлахад электрон микроскоп, фотоэлектрон спектроскоп, түүнчлэн Фурье хувиргалттай Нил улаан туяаны спектроскопын аргууд ашиглан үнэлгээ өглөө. Нүүрсийг дизель түлш, ургамлын тос ашиглан хөвүүлэн баяжуулахад, дизель түлшнээс ургамлын тос илүүтэйгээр баяжмалын гарцыг нэмэгдүүлж байгаа боловч, аль аль цуглуулагч нь баяжуулалтад төдийлөн сайн үр дүн өгөөгүй болно.
